My boyfriend and I have been renting with Elevated for 2 years now and things have been great. Since the beginning everything has gone so smooth! Between maintenance issues to paying the rent, everything has been so simple and easy. Irina has always been so easy to communicate with about anything we need. Highly recommend renting from any of their properties!

In the few months that we have lived in an Elevate SD property me and my roommate have had a great experience. The property manager Irina is great at communicating and has made it easy to resolve minor issues we have had thus far.
