We've had an excellent experience with Duct Dynasty. We have an older AC and heating system, and each time we've had an issue, Brian has come out to fix it. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and fair. Lizz is also very professional and kind. Would definitely recommend their services!

Brian, installed mini splits in my ADU as a sub contractor. My main contractor fell incredibly short of his responsibilities. However, Brian has NEVER held that against the property or myself. Once the units were installed I had some questions and he took the time to explain everything to me since mini splits were new to me. He always took my calls, was friendly and responsive. The units started making a noise and he has once again been incredibly responsive to my calls and texts and will be out to take a look and fix the issues quickly. Brian and his team were so awesome! Very responsive, professional, competitive pricing, quick and clean. We used his skills to update our AC... then we started having issues with our heater this season, and OF COURSE, I called him again. I will never call anyone else, and I recommend him to everyone. I used ASI before.... it's just an expensive brand. I won't call them again. Call Brain... you won't regret it.
