I have been living, often painfully, with eczema for the past 20 years. During the most painful flare ups, I have seen numerous doctors, been prescribed a plethora of topicals, and often leave my appointments feeling discouraged and continuously itchy. Judy Doong, MD was kind, caring and compassionate. She was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She performed her procedures quickly and well. She talks kind of fast, but was always very nice about repeating herself when asked. She gave instructions well and was very nice about it. Just what you want from a doctor who sometimes is required to cause you pain to eliminate your skin problems. I would recommend her.

I don't receive regular care at MedDerm, but recently had a wonderful experience here as I sought to have a milia removed. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to be seen, scheduled for a consult appointment just a few days following my outreach, after being informed by other dermatology offices in the area that they were booking months out. I was seen by Dr. Doong, who was able to quickly remove my milia that same day. The entire process was so smooth and everyone I encountered - the front desk staff, medical assistant, and doctor - were so friendly and pleasant.
