They really care and were very thorough. I was in town for a conference when my back went out and sent shooting pain down my leg with every step. Even though she knew I was not a long term patient, Dr. Rubanenko returned a call before hours, got me in for an appointment and even showed me exercises to do when this happens. She also followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing. She and her staff really care about their patients!
We absolutely love Dr. Rubanenko and her team! My mom, uncle, and aunt didn't speak an ounce of English, but that wasn't a problem here. We came here after being in a car accident. Dr. Ruby and Jocelyn, the receptionist, are both so kind and considerate and very personable, language bearer was never an issue. Not only was the environment warm and welcoming, but Dr. R knows what she's doing when it comes to massaging (strong and firm) and adjustments. My mom had her knees worked on and was referred out to see a pain specialist and an orthopedic for her injury. My uncle was suffering from severe mid back pain, and aunt sustained lower back injury.
