Recently had Michael from Done Right Remodeling and Design on a kitchen remodeling project on our house in Palo Alto, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Done Right Remodeling & Design was the the third of three companies we interviewed for our bathroom remodeling project, and as he Michael left our home, I knew, this is our guy. I had a sense that he understood our priorities, and he also pointed out issues that the other companies had not brought up in their on-site assessments. This made sense to us, and we loved the fact that Michael included the services of all the experts to help us make our choices. They were invaluable in guiding us to make choices within our budget that were both practical and beautiful. As to construction, every single person working on the project was punctual, tidy, courteous, and professional. Michael communicated with us and with his crew daily and always checked on the progress of the work being done regularly. He promptly responded to all our questions and concerns, and we are delighted with the outcome of the project. We know we made the right choice in selecting Done Right Remodeling & Design to remodel our bathroom. Done Right Remodeling & Design did a major facelift in our master bathroom. We wanted to modernize it without altering the footprint, and Michael and his team came prepared with many ideas. After having the shower removed by the specialists in the Done Right Remodeling & Design's team, and we had tile flooring installed. Then the installation of the shower door, which went smoothly, getting the angles right to automatically shut. They also installed the shower which we are in love with. The new vanity matches the onyx in the shower, and Michael tied it all together with a custom trim piece around the Roman tub which he dressed with doors that can be opened to access the plumbing, but also for extra storage. Those doors match the vanity doors, and he painted all of those, plus the trim throughout the bathroom. All baseboards and base-shoe were replaced. They painted the entire bathroom, and patiently patched and moved the new accessories when we changed our mind on our placement. They installed all the new plumbing, faucets, toilet and shower head. In replacing wood rot around the window they discovered issues with the window and suggested replacing it with a glass block window which they installed, and is one of the best decisions made in the process. Finally, they tiled around the Roman tub. We love every aspect of our new bathroom. Done Right Remodeling & Design's attention to detail and perfectionism show in the quality of work. They listened to everything we wanted and went out of their way to make us happy. If you happen to have a dog, as we do, it's nice to know they are really good with them. We would not hesitate to recommend Done Right Remodeling & Design and will likely be calling Michael and his crew when we are in a position to update our kitchen.
