I hired DI Repairs to fix a gutter that wasn’t properly draining away water. While they fixed the drainage issue with better sealant (no new parts) at a cost of $548, the technician damaged the elbow. When brought to their attention, they stated it was already like that. We showed them a picture of the part we’d taken before their arrival. Their reply was an image of the dented elbow part, stating that’s how it was. Take a look for yourself- first two are images of gutter elbow before they came (one is a close up of other), while the third image is what they sent us stating it was like that. We had a contractor come over to take measurements and informed us he would calculate the quote and send it over within a week. It has been over 6 weeks and we still have not heard back. We attempted to reach out and all they could say is they will look into it.
Very responsive. Only reason why 4 stars is the job seemed rushed. Did I want to get it done fast, yes. But a lot of corners were cut. In the end, the job looks ok and it saved me a lot of work.
