David Hall is the Director of San Diego Sports Medicine & Family Health Center (SDSM) Pilates Wellness. He is certified in the Polestar approach of Pilates training for rehabilitation, and is PMA-certified (Pilates Method Alliance). David also received classical Pilates training through Core Conditioning in Los Angeles, CA. He graduated from San Diego State University with a master's degree in exercise physiology. He spent 5 years teaching Human Anatomy and Dissection at San Diego State University and Miramar College, and continues to be a provider of continuing education coursework for students. He owned and operated Pilates People for 15 years, before it became SDSM Pilates Wellness.
