Deceptive practices, complete failure of customer service.Several months have been spent trying to contact an advisor but nobody will talk to me or even tell me who is supposed to be helping me.Beware of representatives leasing space inside of credit unions masquerading as credit union employees.Run from this company!

Fortunately, I don't have much tied up with them. I have a Roth and 2 UTMAs. Randomly the contributions to each stopped (luckily I caught it). Then withdrawals (meaning they took money OUT out of the accounts and returned it to me) started to occur along with significant fees for withdrawal. I never authorized a withdrawal or asked for it. I am on my 3rd or 4th time calling to get this corrected again. I won't name anyone but they eventually call me back and tell me they will get it corrected and it occurs the next month. It is December of 2023 and the issues started shortly after I opened the account in October of 2022.

I have had multiple accounts with them and my account is ready to reset for the year and I can’t get a meeting with a representative to answer my questions. Unfortunately I’m stuck with them for another 4 years.
