I like these guys because they've been around so long. But my last transaction with them will be my final. I had a dress from Nordstrom that I've only worn a couple times and when it was put through their machine (or whatever process they have) it broke several buttons. Not happy. Can't replace the dress, working on a solution to a new problem I didn't have before I used Colony. Best advice; be cautious.

My wife and I have been going here for more than 15 years. In all that time, the staff have been friendly to us, everything is done well, and we’ve never had any problems. I trust them.

At one time years ago they used to be a good and reliable cleaner. However since I moved back to San Diego a few months ago I've been very disappointed with all their services. My dress shirts came back smelling as if they've been hanging in a chemical Factory and I'm almost sure one wasn't washed altogether as it was totally wrinkled.. I also had a beautiful white comforter that came back feeling very unfresh and not very bright white. They used to also attend the sleeves of my shirts together so that the chest areas would not get wrinkled while hanging. I asked why they don't do that anymore and the woman just said that it didn't seem necessary. Just another example that they have given up on quality and seem to be skimping on product as well. I'm currently looking for another cleaner in the Carmel Mountain Ranch area.
