I originally found Ian a year ago right after my granny flat flooded. He came out to take a look at the damage and gave me some advice on how to move forward. It took some time for me to save up enough to renovate and when I did, I called Ian again. I am so happy with his work, not only were his prices fair, my new granny flat is beautiful! He went above and beyond, including work that wasn't in the original quote free of charge. He always showed up on time and finished in the time promised. I will definitely be using him for all of my contractor needs in the future. Thank you so much, Ian!
