Israel texted he was on his way last week to steam clean tile floor & grout. He arrived at appointed time to clean a 10’x20’ empty room. Grout had various shades of color due to studio being rented 13 yrs and never been steamed cleaned and had various room size rugs covering the floor. After the job was completed the grout was still damp so I told Israel I’d wait till it was dry before doing my review. Two days later I checked and grout was all one color now and floor looked great, except I noticed a few of the large tiles in the middle of the room looked like they were dirty. As an industry veteran myself I know all well how to choose a company to clean the carpet, tile and upholstery. Moe did great job. Super careful around all the furniture, was careful around our freshly painted baseboards and overall did a Great job.

They did great work cleaning my two sofas. However, the hose/cord stretched from my driveway into my house left burn marks all through my grass which was previously green. I’m guessing this is not the first time and they could have parked on the street and used my walk way for the cords and hoses.
