I walked in and they were unable to take us right away since I was in a rush! We ended up leaving then they found us in the parking lot and said they were able to help us out so that we could make it to our actual plans. They said it would take half an hour but it did end up taking a little longer than they anticipated. We went in and they set us in our chairs almost immediately and the service was great! They were super sweet and very gentle with the pedicures. The only downside was that my massage chair did not work properly, I think my remote was broken. It could've been a little cleaner in there. LOVE this place! I started getting my nails done two years ago & didn't really know what I was looking for, so I went to the salon closest to where I lived & I am so happy I did! I've now moved further away & still will go here every time. Lana is the absolute sweetest & always does amazing work. She's been my saving grace in the nail game, thank you Lana & Cici's

I cannot say enough about this graceful place, professional clean uplifting magical environment. This is how my experience is everytime I come. And why I keep coming back.
