Chula Vista Tile and Stone, its owner and the different people who worked at reconstructing my home after a flood were helpful professionals, very experienced and they went beyond expectations to solve problems. I appreciate their work, and today I am enjoying my newly renewed bathrooms, floors, etc, thanks to them and their receptive and skillful attitude. And their pricing is fair.

They called..they have more boxes of the tile. Have to go back and then rescheule the the tile setter but we have the tile we wanted. We went on a Saturday and found the right tile for us. We were told they had it in stock but to comeback on Monday because no one was available to get the tile from storage/warehouse. I took a sample and she wrote down my name that I took a sample and would return on Monday to buy 3 boxes. Arrived Monday at noon and paid. After 10or 15 minutes I was told they were sold out.

I went there as just a let me look to see what they have and all I can say is wow. The selection of tile stone sink and more were amazing. I thought I would just do a quick look see and ended up there for 2 hours and buying a bunch if tile for my bathroom remodel. The customer service is amazing not sure why people say anything negative they were super helpful and knowledgeable. Always communicated when my tile came in and was open to give idea. I didn't even know about this place but they have a forever customer. Thank you Melanie outstanding job.
