I can't say enough about this company! We had a major flood 5 days before house guests were due to arrive for our son's wedding. Tad was at our house within hours, was very reassuring, and worked hard with his team to dry out our downstairs and reset our furniture in time for our guests to arrive. Tad, Tomas and all their crew were so professional - responsive, prompt, thorough, polite - and they left the space as clean as possible when they were done. Tad even came back to walk the space with our insurance adjuster and point out damage that may not have been obvious. They go above and beyond and I strongly recommend them!

I recently experienced a flood at my house and turned to Certified Restoration for help. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. The team arrived promptly and immediately took action to mitigate the water damage. They were professional, efficient, and very careful with my belongings. Michael, the owner, and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with. They were professional. The communication was very clear and personable. Michael even offered some advice on repairing and rebuilding the space they cleaned and sanitized. And the work was thorough, getting our house back to normal. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
