Lee (field manager) came out to our home as the water temperature to a few showers were running mostly cold. He took his time to review both of our tankless water heaters and thoroughly assess each possible problem that could be causing our issue. In the end, he was able to fix our current problem without us having to replace and buy a new water heater, saving us time and money. We appreciate his honesty, careful inspection of possible causes and accurately being able to diagnose the issue at hand and resolve it. We do know that eventually our older tankless water heater will need replacing and we will definitely call Castleworks and request Lee to come back again!
