Joe Flannigan was so helpful and patient every step of the process. I even canceled the deal because my friends thought I could get a better deal. I worked with Joe Flanagan both on the original financing on my home 2 years ago, and on the refinance last month He gave me plenty of options and was persistent and patient in giving me the help I needed. The rate was as good as any offered and the costs were very competitive.What impressed me most is that even after we had settled the financing, Joe was able to shave another .125% off of the rate. Between that and how easy and clear he made the process, I have no problem recommending his services.
