It was extremely refreshing to meet and become educated in flooring details with Tom, our CFD sales person who knows more, by far, than any other sales person we had spoken with before meeting him. The installation crew and Ray (CFD owner) worked very closely with us to resolve one or two issues that appeared during the demolition phase of the project. Ray was extremely responsive and motivated to make sure our project came out perfectly and to ensure we had a great customer experience. Highly recommend this company. Dave is so knowledgeable about the types of floors and woods and gave us a thorough estimate. Jose did a fantastic job on our installation. He is a powerhouse and got so much done every day. He is very talented in his work and is a true craftsman. Our floors, baseboards and casings came out perfect! And he is a really nice guy and always cleans up the "site" every day. Communication from the company was amazing and they completed everything on the timeline they set with us. It was the most smooth and pleasant home improvement experience we have ever had!

These guys were awesome. Jose is absolutely amazing and pays attention to detail. Super nice guy and respectful when I had a meeting to do the "quieter" work. He made sure to clean up during any of the prep work and we had minimal dust compared to other remodels I have done. Dave coordinated any small issues we had during the job. We got several quotes and although they were a bit higher they were able to get us in when we needed the job done and had it done in the time they promised.
