Brian was extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect condo. He knew exactly what was going on, what to expect and patiently guided my husband and I through the complex volume of paperwork, too. He actually became a friend and I highly recommend him.

I have to start by saying I do not normally leave reviews, however in this case I feel that Brian 100% deserves this review. To say that Brian was amazing would be an understatement. His ability to negotiate on our behalf was fantastic, even when we thought the deal was dead he managed to revive it. His ability to keep a positive attitude was much needed along this often stressful journey. I would say he went above and beyond many times in our home buying journey. He was always at the other end of the phone whenever I needed to speak to him, he explained the process to us in detail and gave us much needed support and encouragement.
