After many years of internal training, in my experience, William (Bill/Sensei) Stegner has proven to be a superior Sensei and has taught me the art of learning IN GENERAL, regardless of your ideology, or religion/beliefs, or level of intellect and or capacity, he is honest about who he is and what his goals are, and ALWAYS cares for each and every one of his students.
