Having used this company for several projects I can say that Bob is easy to work with and is clear about pricing and options. As with most industries recently products are not always easy to obtain, but we were able to get a reasonable timeline or find alternatives. The installers were friendly and paid attention to the details.

We did a major remodel of a three story condo that was 40 years old. I had been in other condos in the project and heard the extreme complaints about creaky luxury vinyl tile floors and stairs. My contractor recommended his floor installer who told me, over and over again, that the sub floor wouldn't need to be leveled before putting down the tile. I wasn't so sure.When I spoke to Bob, it was clear that he wasn't going to cut corners and was going to make sure that the job was done correctly. Have used BSA flooring for over 20 yrs.(that should say something) . They have consistantly provided, quality, professionalism, gracious and talented installers and always on time.I used them for my personal residences as well as 50 rental units.
