I started with planning innovation in December and have had no results from their branding at all. Not one call not anything. You pay $4000 and you get nothing! I would never use them again. Save your money go to another company

If their sales prospecting is any indication of how they relate to their customers by creating understanding and empathy, count me out. Both parties I spoke with had a lot of words to say and were well-versed on handling my objections. What they are not as trained in is understanding that for a customer to commit to a four-figure marketing spend on the same day they solicit your business. Sorry, but my research tells me to be skeptical. Especially curious during the sales call "demo", which drug on and on, the rep alluded to a patriotic certification because of their support for veterans. It felt like insincere sales baiting and over the top pressure. I received a call back after I literally had to hang up on the guy because he wouldn't close his mouth. This time it was the first person that called from a different number for the third time. She was laughing hysterically at something when I answered the phone. After about 10 seconds she realized I was on the line and asked if I wanted to continue the "demo". Also both callers sounded like they were calling from a noisy boiler room. Not a good first impression with this company at all.

This is a terrible company. DO NOT be fooled. They do not deliver on their promises. When I called to get updates, they kept putting me off. Always in a hurry and speak very fast so you can't get a word in. This must be part of their training. Actually I now picture this being a few low life's sitting in a room working all day to scam people. After they had my money, the customer service was very rude, one of them hung up on me, then they wouldn't answer their phone when I called back. My reason for calling back was to let them know the site where I was supposed to be able to log into my account, no longer worked. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! The low life's are most likely tech savvy scumbags who created their own positive reviews on here because there is no way this is a legitimate company.
