Great drain clearing service, Daniel S. was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with my mom (she does not speak english as much), he also went above his way to explain exactly what was causing the issue and gave me a recommendation which I will probably follow, 10/10, they know Howe!
Kris arrived within the promised service time window. Kris was very professional from the begining of service to the end. Kris went over options for services to be rendered as well as service estimates prior to commencing any work. He was very knowledgeable and educated us about the work he had performed. Kris also gave some troubleshooting suggestions for any future work that may need attention.

The employees, Andrew Diaz and Nieko Antunes worked hard and long hours. They were very polite and friendly. They answered any questions clearly and with patience about what they were doing. They only took breaks that were required.
The supervisor, Mark Bustle, made us feel confident about the Bill Howe company and their work ethics. He was on top of the work that had to be done, which was extensive. Mark’s knowledge of plumbing is extensive, and his personality delightful.
