A++ service from a class guy, Victor was professional and did an outstanding job fixing my washer machine and built-in fridge.
Viktor from day 1 was professional, on-time and diagnosed my issue with in a few mins. His expertise and how quickly he installed the part was amazing. I recommend this company and specifically Viktor. He’s the best in the industry and you won’t feel that you’re being taken advantage of. Great work and service!!!!
Our technician, James, went above and beyond and did an excellent job fixing my refrigerator. He had to replace several parts and water supply lines. He unclogged the supply line to the ice maker, and it’s working perfectly now. I recommend Big Joe Appliance Repair Service to anyone looking for appliance services!
Big Joe asked me for a review, here it goes: My go to appliance guy was busy and I wasn't comfortable waiting on a leak even though it's non urgent. Called a few others, Big Joe was able to come out on the same day, has the lowest service charge, and also a $30 repair discount. Long story short they got the job done but needed two days.
