Awful counter customer service. They should send the front counter guy packing and hire people who are actually customer-focused.We were in there when there were no other customers and had to literally prod/beg to get the guy to get up off his lard xxx to help us. Perhaps if we'd looked like tile guys instead of consumers he might have paid more attention to us.The management of this company should wake up so they don't lose more Shluter sales!

Do not do business with Big D Floor Covering. They do not have a fair return policy. Schluter headquarters in Plattsburgh, NY won't take back their products either. That's makes two horrible businesses. I'm contacting Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General in California and New York to warn consumers about unfair and illogical business practices. Unthinkable in this day and age that a business doesn't take back unopened, brand new product that doesn't fit. It took more than 30 days to receive the product yet their return policy expires in 30 days. Too bad if you receive product on day 31, you're screwed.
