Wendy is an amazing instructor. The students and instructor are very friendly. Great energy, love it! The place is clean, plenty of parking. I have leg injuries and pilates works great! I do not feel pain in my legs, I am sore but is the good sore. Get an awesome, challenging work out with an instructor who truly cares for you. I love pilates!
