I wanted to leave a review for the Laser Cafe in Hillcrest. I started in February 2024 and i’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight. there’s been several people who have helped me through this journey, but Charisma has helped me the most. I would recommend her & this place to anyone who is thinking about wanting to lost weight
My dispute was settled to my satisfaction. Thank you Better Business Bureau for being a conduit to mediate and assist in giving the customers a voice and actions to solving our grievances.
Excellent service! Had been working on an issue for several weeks getting a refund on an item that was returned. I was getting nowhere with the business so I reported to the BBB and my refund was issued within a few days. Very happy with all locations and entities of the BBB. They are so helpful!
