I love bringing my dog here. She always gets so excited to see the doctors. Initially, she can be a bit hesitant, but it really depends on which vet she sees. Overall, they make her feel safe and happy, which is all I could ask for.
There’s also a small play area for children, and my kids are always welcomed, no matter how loud they are. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and that’s all I can say. I truly enjoy bringing my dog here, and it’s great that they usually accommodate us regardless of the time.

Ok, I can't speak highly enough about this Banfield location. I switched my primary location over to this one and I will explain why. My cat Porsche would have died this week if it wasn't for the employees at Banfield Pacific Beach. He was having trouble going to the bathroom, and Banfield suggested I take him to the ER. I think I called this location about 5 times and went in 3 times this week. They have THE most helpful, patient, kind, and genuinely caring about Porsche's health. I love this location! I go out of my way to come here because I truly trust them with my fur babies. Lori at the front desk is amazing, as are all the drs and staff. I’ve never had a negative experience. I’m an over protective pet mom, and I wouldn’t take my dog and kittens anywhere else!
