I brought my old girl here for the worst possible reason, but they truly made the experience as good as it could have been.This was my first dog (first pet at all), so I'd never gone through this process before, and I had just moved from across the country and hadn't found a vet yet. In the early hours of the morning, my girl had suffered a stroke, so we had no warning and no appointment. Today I unfortunately had to bring in my Doberdork in after he got attacked by a swarm of bees. He had giant welts on his back from multiple stings. We called ahead and the front desk told us to bring him on in, and saw to him within minutes of us getting there. The entire staff was so kind, from reception, to the tech that went over the estimate with us (he was the only male on staff but I completely forgot all their names), and especially the lead vet on duty today. The vet was very informative and walked us through step by step what they were doing as far as treatment and all the possible outcomes. Dr. Olsen and the entire team at B St. are the ones you want caring for your beloved animal. They are professional, Compassionate, and tuned in to not only the needs of their patients, but you as family too. I trust them with my furbaby today, yesterday, and tomorrow.
