My cat had a great visit today. He was more at ease today, thanks to some pain medicine he got an hour before coming to the office. We met a different Doctor today and she was very gentle and accomodating with Tadashi.
Dr. Ma was extremely helpful when our Frenchie ate a bunch of dirt, which required us to induce vomiting. They squeezed us in right before closing and took very good care of her. Dr. Ma was thorough and thoughtful about the process, given the concern about aspiration. I appreciated the help from the front desk staff and Dr. Ma. Thank you!
Had a super stressful couple of days before the new year because my boy got into some lilies. I was extremely stressed out since this was the first time I've managed to bring him to the vet and it was for an emergency. However, the staff was always really nice, especially Dr.MC who took over his care. He made sure to call me and check in while my cat was staying for the day, as well as keeping me updated on his overall condition and plan. While the first day was the most stressful (and they were so kind to me while I was anxious and crying), they did a lot to quell my nerves and let me know what was going on and what he needed to get done.
