The service "technician" with his tote bag of one drill inspected my appliance on June 19 and it took him a week to submit his report to First American (FA) to approve two parts for replacement. The technician lied in their report and told FA they inspected the appliance on June 26 which is the day they conveniently submitted their report further delaying any repair. Parts were approved and ordered on July 2 despite having been told by FA via Axis the parts were ordered on June 25. Sounds like this company is in name only and to conceal ill gotten profits which, from all the comments is clearly not coming from legitimate appliance repairs. Good luck if you get them as a repair company
Most unprofessional customer service from a technician I've ever had. Made allegations of abuse and physical damage to my dishwasher. Got my claim denied and then tried to charge me $350 bucks. Told me one thing in my face and said something totally different to the insurance company. Do t ever use them. He had a bad attitude from the start when he came into my home. It was taking he didn't wipe his feet or even cover them up as in my experience most technicians do. He asked me what was wrong I said idk you are the technician you tell me sir. His communication sucked and his attitude was poor. I think he was jealous because he did t expect to see me in this big nice house. Anyway don't use Axis!!! If you ever get them call someone else immediately now look at this picture of my kitchen does it look like it's been abused or has physical damage???
I would avoid using this company. They contract with American Home Service. I put in for my dishwasher to be serviced as it was not draining and kept stopping with error code 03. Request was entered in December. They sent one technician out twice who said nothing wrong in his report. Still have a dishwasher full of water. The third technician said the drain pump needed to be replaced and indicated he would put in the service request. Axis then closed the case noting no issue found. Still dishwasher full of water. It is now February and still not solution. They do not answer phone and will only communicate by text message. Terrible service. I have asked AHS to send a technician from another vendor. Very bad experience with this company.
