Do not use this company! Lied to my warranty company about diagnosing the problem. Said there was water damage to the control board, and I have video evidence he never even open the control board! Do not use this company!

This company did a terrible job in fixing my fridge, plus we had major issues with the technician they sent out. I noticed blood on the technician's leg, and so I offered him a band aid. He washed his hands to put the band aid on, but wrapped it around his finger. I mentioned to him that his leg was still bleeding, and he looked at it, wiped it off with his finger, and then continued to touch my fridge and everything else in my kitchen, with his blood covered finger. on his way out of my house, he then proceeded to pet my cat with that same hand. I spent hours disinfecting my entire fridge/kitchen, and had to give my poor cat a bath after he left. This would be incredibly unacceptable even if there wasn't a major pandemic going on. I spent $400 for this kind of service, and 2 days later, the problem he "fixed" was definitely not fixed, so now I have to have them come back and fix it. I took the time out of my busy schedule to wait for these guys to come out, perform awful work, and now am going to have to do it again. I am very dissatisfied customer.
