Ashley provides a UNIQUE combination of healing modalities. My first meeting with her was for sciatic pain relief through acupuncture. I have since returned for Shamanic work as well as attending her courses. If you are on a healing journey you are in luck to have someone as dedicated as Ashley in San Diego. I highly recommend, she does not disappoint. 10/10

Dr. Ashley does amazing healing sessions. Ive never done acupuncture before until I met Dr. Ashley and it was incredible. In combination with her various tools, she is sweet, friendly, and very intuitive. She personalizes the experience as you learn interesting things about yourself, your life, and what could be happening beneath the pain. As someone who been through a lot of trauma at a young age, I've had some unresolved emotions causing tension within my muscles. When Dr. Ashley places the needles in specific parts of my body I feel some interesting things happening. Like my brain becomes more aware of the parts of my body where the pins are placed, then I feel like I can finally relax, and sometimes actually fell asleep during the sessions. When I wake up I feel reborn, calm, and poised. Its like a total reset of my nervous system and as a result, I am much more grounded and present. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley.
