Through GEICO, my insurance, I was assigned an ASAP towing technician, Robbie, who was excellent. I was fortunate, only had to wait 20 minutes. When Robbie loaded my FJ, he was careful to confirm it was in 2WD, loading it from the rear - when it appeared that the front wheels were locked, he took the extra time to load them on the dollies so as not to hurt my transmission. 11 mile tow to my service station of choice and an excellent job of loading it into a parking spot (as it was closed on Sunday). Highly recommended.

I used ASAP towing through Geico when my car broke down on the side of the road back in May. They arrived at the estimated time and I was well taken care of from the time of arrival until drop off at the shop. Thank you, Roger, for the great towing experience ??.

Job was done and the technician was nice. But the issues is with the company. It wasn't expressed that payment would be in cash or sharing your card number over the phone. Neither of which are conducive for a car breakdown. Who carries several hundred in cash on them or wants to shared their card number, aloud, and outside (which is usually where cars break down). Absurd. The office correspondent said what's the problem and that if I didn't want to pay (I did), then they'll just take the battery out.
