This is a very nice gym. Although the equipment is new and it's extremely clean, the home run is that rooftop workout area. 10/10 incredible. If I ever move to or run my business from California Joseph at the desk will given the first job offer. He's able to assess situations and produce effective, actionable resolutions. I understand gym management isn't a job people stay in for a lifetime, but through all the turnover he has been consistently competent and on the ball. The proprietor should hand him the keys and a raise and tell him to run it.
I've been a member for almost 4 years now and enjoy everything about Aquavie, but for sure the best thing they have is their customer service! Thank you to Saul for contacting me to return my Watch, I forgot it in the locker area and he was kind enough to go the extra mile and make sure I get it as fast as possible. This only reaffirms that Aquavie is for far one of the best wellness centers in town and have the best people in their team. Thanks again!
Been going to Aquavie now for 4-5 years! And while other gyms tend to deteriorate over time or the experience just gets worse… Aquavie has been improving its game since day 1. Consistently adding new machines, weights, and areas to explore in the space, to bringing in new wellness classes and coaches for a holistic approach to wellness and health. Every guest I bring to the premises is thoroughly impressed and loves it. I’ve been a member at a few other popular gyms around San Diego, and this is by far the front runner in my opinion.
