They came out the next day assessed the problem and referred us to the manufacturer and even advised us how to talk to them because we were technically out of our warranty. I called and they were totally right! The manufacturer is going to come out and repair it for free now based on this companies advice but they weren’t before and we’re gonna charge me 3-4 times. “My KitchenAid refrigerator ice maker stopped working so I called Econo. Adam came out a few days later which fit with both of our schedules and swiftly diagnosed the problem. I was going to need a new ice maker. It was a Monday and he came back on Thursday with the new one, installed it and even tightened up the handle on my freezer door!
