I am very happy and pleased with my purchase of a new stacked washer/dryer combo. Rey is a great salesman, very helpful and informative. Delivery drivers were also top shelf. Very polite, clean, and careful with placing it into the closet. Great service.
After 3 weeks of a nightmare with ordering a washer/dryer tower center with Lowe’s, I had to return my appliance. Google doesn’t allow enough characters for me to go into detail of that ordeal. After they returned my appliance, I only had a week before surgery, so I needed a replacement asap and went to Appliance Alley on a Saturday. Cristina was exceptional in helping me find the perfect replacement which was purchased, ordered delivered and installed by professional, thorough and efficient installers (not third party installers), the following Wednesday!
