Cara is truly one of a kind. She's an amazing acupuncturist who is genuinely caring and attentive to her patient's need. She's a great listener and very easy to talk to about ailments on the physical level and beyond.

First time going to acupuncture and subsequently to this place. Hesitant for any and all types of medicine so I came in a bit nervous. Her website was easy to navigate and I received a reminder email and a text with the codes to the building and bathrooms. The process was very warm and inviting which instantly calmed my nerves. We started with a quick chat on my needs, experience, expectations and goals for a successful acupuncture experience. Before disrobing, I had a quick check in about consent as this involves touching and being comfortable with potentially less clothing on if you choose to. A had sever sciatic nerve pain and Andara used several different techniques to help me walk again without pain. Incredible treatments, very professional and welcoming. If you are having pain, do yourself a favor and see her.
