Fred has been fixing my AC, water heater and plumbing issues for past 10 years. He has always been on time and responsive and the cost has always been fair. He also tries to find the best way to fix the issues with less damages. For example, we recently had a pipe leak and the easy way to fix it was to break shower tiles but he put extra effort to fix the issue through a small cut in the drywall instead of thousands of dollars damage to our shower. Highly recommended.
Really appreciated their help when our water heater tank started leaking. Had a guy out here within a couple of hours to assess what was going on (at first it wasn’t obvious where the leak was coming from), and installed a new tankless system the next day. Couldn’t ask for more from a plumbing service.
Fred is AMAZING! Our A/C unit stopped working suddenly today. I figured that we were in for a $1000. repair based of what my neighbors have been spending on A/C repairs. Called Fred and he was able to be at my house in 15 minutes. He took 4 screws off exterior unit and used a tester to see if an electrical part was functional. Gave me a price to replace defective part ($195) AND was very clear this could be just the beginning but we needed to do it first. I agreed to the price, he replaced it within a few minutes.
