Alliance came out to our property on super short notice to help abate some asbestos that had been found during an inspection that was done prior to a major renovation that was slated to start within days in our home. From contact Brittany was professional and courteous. She was easy to contact and was very understanding of our time crunch. The team showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently and most importantly cleaned up everything!! Cost seemed fair and reasonable and to be honest - I was not in a position to haggle.. Our project was able to start on time and we're happy!! Would recommend Alliance for sure!
We recently had a couple of issues that required mitigation. (Hooray, 1934 home!) Asbestos on roof mastic project- Respectful, efficient, communicative, and done! Water intrusion in attic that required going through our plaster ceiling- Again, respectful, communicative, and very happy with results! Alliance employees were very respectful about kids, our loud/interested doggies, and my work-at-home needs. I especially want to compliment the clean-up afterward. We would definitely use their services in the future.
No one dreams of waking up to find a leak in their home- much less to find they also have asbestos and was to consider. Brian took what was a stressful situation and put my mind at ease tremendously. Not only is he extremely kind and personable, he is very thorough and is in constant communication with you throughout the experience. I received a follow up phone call when all was said and done to ensure that the work was done to our standards- and to ensure the workers left a clean job site at the end. I hope to never have another issue like this again (fingers crossed) but I know who I will call if it does! Thank you for being so kind. Thank you for the prompt timeline.... read full review
