Alex. Thank you so much for an amazing retreat in June 2022 in Italy. I can not say enough about how fantastic the retreat was. From the planning to the entire week together, was organized and relaxed. You have a beautiful way to relax the group thru your words and style. The combination of yoga, meditation, journalling and discussion was so helpful and cleansing for me. The yoga was as gentle as I wanted or as aggressive as anyone wants. I felt very comfortable as an older woman. Thank you for so many \\\"aha: moments. I came home clearer headed and still feeling the freeness and joy. The venue was so peaceful and beautiful. The caretakers are very accommodating... read full review

Alex is not only intuitive she listens to me and watches my body. She suggests and tries things to find what works best for me. Her non-judgment and careful guidance is priceless. If you think you have done a yoga class and it was "fine" or "just not for you", or "you know what you doing"; try a class with Alex and you will more than likely change your thinking about yoga. I have seen miracles, beauty, anger, sadness, and trauma come through this work with her. Feel better, be better, do better should be her motto, because I believe she inspires better.
