I don't usually write reviews of substandard work. I just never use the service again; however, this is certainly an exception. Needed a light cleaning and deep stove cleaning on a move out on short notice. I Read the yelp ratings and based on that decided to go with Alba because she was nearby. Initially was very appreciative that she was available in shirt notice. We discussed the project and I made it very clear the house was completely empty and would not require extensive cleaning with the exception of the stove.
