We've been working with Air Plus Heating & Cooling for a few years. They maintained and did trouble-shooting for our existing system, which was not installed by them, and recently installed a new heat pump cooling system - which we are thrilled with! In all cases they were professional, timely, stated all costs and work clearly, presented all the options, and were a pleasure to do business with. I would absolutely recommend them. Five stars!
I had a great experience with Air Plus at every step in replacing my condo furnace. I learned a lot about my home setup from them when they first came to look at my home. They provided a timely estimate and bore with me as I researched other options and asked them follow-up a whole bunch of follow-up questions. The installation itself was seamless. Very happy with the product and service.
We were very impressed by the quick response and quality service provided by Air Plus. After informing Kim Warner of our concerns regarding the loud noise coming from our heater, she was able to schedule Andrew Booth to come to our house and assess the issue we were having. We very much appreciate the quick response by Air Plus and the noise is now gone after Andrew cleaned the system and reset the system. Thank you very much for your quality customer care!
