Dr. Owen and the entire care team at advanced physical therapy and wellness are the BEST! The level of personalized support and care is unmatched and they truly care about each patient! I'm so grateful for all of their help to heal my husband and I think everyone who is struggling with any pain and needs physical therapy needs to run, not walk (only if you can :) ) straight to advanced physical therapy and wellness ASAP! You'll be so happy you did! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I came in for some body imbalance issues that was affecting my weight training performance, and so far I'm really liking my experience here with Dr. Natalie. What sets her apart from other physical therapists is that she listens to all of the little details that you have to say about your body and training, constantly takes notes, and makes constant adjustments based on your feedback. She makes you feel like all of your little issues are addressed, so if you're a detail oriented person like I am, I fully recommend her.
This review is for mainly Dr. Owen since he did a trial therapy at F45 Hillcrest. It was also my first time doing a cupping therapy and it hurt a lot as we did a quick PT session. He was very friendly, told me and gave me some tips on how to stretch out my shoulders, especially since I work on a computer every day. After the cupping session, I felt much better, despite the initial pain with both my shoulders and biceps. Would recommend!
