I called Friday 1/6/23 because my sewer is running slow. They gave me an appointment for Sat. 1/7/23 at 10:00 am-12:00 pm. They sent me a confirming e-mail. They said they would call when they were on their way. No call, no show, no voice mail, no e-mail. I waited all day. I called in the evening and asked why they never came and the person on the phone stated "well, it's up to the technician" Horrible, horrible way to do business & service. DO NOT TRUST! Avoid these guys like the plague! I was replacing my kitchen countertops. First guy from 911 plumbing comes in disconnects the kitchen drain. I'm without a kitchen for 3 weeks ok cool. When the countertops are installed second guy from 911 plumbing comes to reconnect everything says "you are missing a part to reinstall the garbage disposal ". He then says that he has a brand new garbage disposal in his truck that he can sell me for a gazillion dollars. The guy then realizes that I'm not stupid and won't play his games. Garbage disposal installed but now leaking.
Javier, his brother and team are the best! We've been undergoing some renovations and hired them to do our plumbing reconnection. Of course, when you renovate; every time you turn around something else is wrong... the toilet, the water heater, the valve on the new faucets. These guys were on the spot, worked the repairs in so they would time properly with other tradesmen so our project stayed on track. They are fair minded and priced. Don't think twice about hiring them. They will now be my "go-to" guys for my pluming needs. They are honest, reasonably priced, responsive, reliable and just really pleasant to have in your home.
