I had a great experience. I took my Great Pyrenees puppy in with Irene. She asked me what I wanted and explained what was and wasn't possible for my dog. She was so understanding and just wonderful. I am very pleased with the outcome and . I will definitely be taking my puppy in with Irene again.
Today is the second time we took our mix poodle breed to see Luis for grooming. The first time we were surprised how long Pokey looked really good and friends commented on how soft he was. Pokey seems much calmer with Luis than where we were taking him before. He also uses really good products as Pokey hasn't itched or chewed on his paws since the first time we took him! I think dogs pick up on peoples personalities and can tell who really likes them. This is a big shout out to Luis for a job well done!!
