I try to use local companies and vendors when possible. After reading positive reviews of South Coast Restoration, I reached out and was given a project bid almost immediately. SCR's pricing was fair, and their electronic delivery of the proposal, contract and invoices was smooth. They fit me into their schedule faster than I thought would be possible, and they showed up on Day #1 with city permit in hand and a wonderful crew. I had heard re-piping is a messy process, and while there were holes in my wall and a more dust than a normal day, I felt the crew cleaned up after themselves and left my home in a great condition given the work done to it. Sal and his team over at South County Restoration are true professionals. They went above and beyond to help work with us on the remediation of a leak we had in our master bedroom closet. I can't thank Sal and his team enough for their efforts helping to get us back to normal after such a messy issue. Prompt, professional and polite. Wanted to give a quick kudos to So Cal Restoration. House leaks are never easy to coordinate nor are they non stressful events. That said, So Cal Restoration, particularly Sal Sandoval with the mitigation team was awesome and made our experience easy and stress free as possible. They were also very prompt, Sal did exactly as he said he would do everyday. Great experience and we would recommend them ten times out of ten.
