Had an issue with a mask. Provided proof of purchase and the proof of the issue. They sent out a brand new mask within 3 hours of the last email. Had it shipped from California to my home via FedEx express in Miami, Florida in 3 days. Now that is some damn good customer service.

essential top of the line equipment for safe spearfishing adventures when traveling and staying local. Diving, spearfishing and adventuring to locate and land fish was made easy with my float, speargun and mask. I found all my needs in one place and the customer service was what I needed. They even host safety events and fundraise for charity and I appreciate the community aspect of this business.

Best Spearfishing gear, excellent customer service. The highest qualities products in the industry. We just met Matt at the Pico location and had a wonderful experience touring the place and we were in complete awe of all the wonderful products.
