I called for an appointment to view an apartment and they gave me the appointment right there n then. I was happy they didn't had me waiting got a day or so. I love the customer service here. Thank ocpm

I'm bumping them up a bit. After initial amazing incidents things settled down and I can attribute most of it to misunderstanding and them walking into a situation which can always be bad. On move out they were quite reasonable on returning my deposit which surprised me. I thought they were going to be petty and nickel and dime me but they took half of what I guesstimated be reasonable deductions so that was good. They attached a copy of all the work they did after I moved out by a 3rd party and they ate most of it as cost of doing business and normal wear and tear on an apartment after 5 years. No fights, no issues, just a nice check with more than expected in it. OK so maybe they weren't THAT bad.

The Bad: They never showed up to an appointment I had scheduled and had to take off of work to meet with them, no one called to say sorry or reschedule. When I tried calling their offices were closed. When I finally got ahold of someone and told her my story she didn't even apologize. It is really hard to get an appointment with them...which makes me wonder why property owners would want to use them. You would think they would want to help their owners actually rent the properties... The Good: They do have a good list of properties available and usually some of the less expensive units around. They also usually have photos which is nice to see some of what you are going to be looking at before you go. Still undecided and I am giving them one more change tomorrow.
