We had OC Deck And Patio replace two ground level decks that were failing due to the rotting substructure. Our experience and final product was as good as it gets! Cameron (the owner) and Brian (his foreman) are both top notch. They replaced the substructure and decking with materials that will never rot. The decking surface is Timber Tech in Dark Hickory color. From the very beginning, Cameron and Brian worked together to avoid any problems and plan the best decks possible. Working with Cameron and OC deck was great, I highly recommend this company! This property had a tiny concrete porch and zero back patio. We added a front and back deck to extended the living space, mission accomplished!! Thanks Cameron!

OC Deck & Patio helped us with our final phase of an extensive renovation. We needed cable railing for a large terrace created by new retaining walls that replaced our huge old deck. Cameron helped us customize affordable cable railing options that also met the specifications required by the City. Really appreciated his assistance with obtaining the permit to surface mount 153 linear feet of cable railing along the perimeter our new paver area.
