I scheduled an appointment with Kelli on Vagaro through her website and she accepted it. I then confirmed the appointment through Vagaro as well. The morning of the appointment I received the attached text message. The day before she had sent a separate text confirming the appointment and a sheet of instructions with no request for a return text since I had already confirmed the appointment through her booking site. She canceled my appointment for no reason and was rude and unprofessional.
