The entire staff here is professional and very sensitive to the needs of the patient. I was able to see the doctor the same day of the emergency. The other thing I love is when the doctor has to look at the optic verve for diabetes he doesn't use any drops that burn. He has the equipment to see the optic nerve and evaluate. Dr.Rick Abelson is an excellent optometrist! He gets my eyeglasses prescription just right. I always appreciate the extra time he takes to adjust my new glasses so they fit securely/properly when they arrive. Sima and Dahlia in the front office are excellent as well and they always are very helpful and informative. Also they offer some really neat glasses frames for both prescription sunglasses and normal eyeglasses! Thank you so much to the team at Gateway Village Optometry!

Dr Abelson is an easy Dr. to see. He and his staff are always very pleasant and informative. Thankfully I don't have much trouble with my eyes other than getting contact lenses and he makes sure I get a prescription that works for me.
